A group of Moms getting together supporting each other, laughing together and enjoying breastfeeding our babies.  We have daytime and evening meetings and they are as follows:

  • Daytime Meetings are the third Wednesday of the month and are from 10am-11:30am (Grace Anglican Church - Waterdown)
  • Evening Meetings are the first Wednesday of the month and are from 7pm-8:30pm (Plains Road Ontario Early Years Centre)

You are invited to join us for healthy snacks and socializing after the meeting. Feel free to bring a peanut-free  healthy snack to share if you are able. Free to attend, no advance notice required. Please do not hesitate to email or call with any questions you might have regarding breastfeeding, monthly meeting information or general breastfeeding questions or concerns.

LLLC meetings - You are always welcome to attend LLLC meetings before and after you have had your baby. Bring your breastfeeding questions and concerns, talk about your joys and challenges or come and just listen. Babies and young children are always welcome, and some Groups include father/partners in some or all of their meetings.

All La Leche League Canada Leaders are volunteers. They are experienced breastfeeding mothers who have been accredited to provide up-to-date breastfeeding information, encouragement and support.

For More Information: Contact a local La Leche League Leader in the Find a Group/Leader section.

If you have received help from La Leche League, we would appreciate your support in the form of a donation so we can continue to help others breastfeed. Thank you!
