NOTES:
2012 meetings: Jan 24, Feb 28, Mar 27, Apr 24, May 22, Jun 26, Jul 24, Aug 28, Sept 25, Oct 23, Nov 27. Toronto help line: 416-483-3368. Our Group also holds monthly "ENRICHMENT" meetings for any members of La Leche League Canada, 2nd Tuesday each month, 10:00 a.m. - same location. During "enrichment meetings" we discuss parenting and family topics beyond breastfeeding. Our next "ENRICHMENT MEETING" is Tue, MAY 8, 10:00 a.m. "Getting Back in Touch with Yourself: A woman, partner, professional..."

If you are a woman who is interested in breastfeeding, you are most welcome to attend our monthly meetings. Any time is a good time to come to a La Leche League meeting, whether you are pregnant, have a new baby or are considering weaning. Babies and young children are always welcome. Some Groups include father/partners in some or all of their meetings; see the "Meeting For" category above or contact a local Leader for details.

We discuss all sorts of breastfeeding-related topics at our meetings: from reasons to consider breastfeeding in the first place, to family life with a new baby, to practical breastfeeding tips, to nutrition, weaning and more. Bring your breastfeeding questions and concerns, joys and challenges to share, or just listen if you prefer.

All La Leche League Canada Leaders are volunteers. We are experienced breastfeeding mothers who are trained to provide up-to-date breastfeeding information, encouragement and support.

For More Information: Contact a local La Leche League Leader for breastfeeding help or for more details about meetings. Please call during daytime/early evening hours if possible. For EMERGENCY situations please contact a healthcare provider in your community.
