Communication Skills Development (CSD) sessions are systemic presentation of communication skills, with the fundamental principles being genuineness, respect for individual, and empathy. Structured practice is provided and led by a qualified CSD Facilitator. The emphasis is on active participation in role-plays. Anyone may take a CSD session. La Leche League Canada Leaders and Leader Applicants find the skills useful when working with a Group or one-on-one. Parents often find the skills helpful in their family relationships.
