Please consider contacting a La Leche League Canada Leader near you by phone, if possible. A conversation allows the Leader to gain the most information about your situation and to ensure that her suggestions meet your needs and are clearly understood. Submit Your Question by E-mail

If a phone call to a local Leader is not possible or practical for you please submit your question using the form below. Providing as much information as possible (ie: weight) helps us, help you. An accredited LLLC volunteer will respond to your question within a few days. The wait could be longer during high-volume times. Once you have submitted your form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail it may have gone to your Spam folder or you may have made an error in typing in your e-mail address and a Leader will not be able to contact you. Please double check your e-mail address before submitting the form.
