In-person meeting info: A group of parents getting together supporting each other, laughing together and enjoying breastfeeding our babies.  We have daytime and evening meetings and they are as follows:

  • Daytime Meetings are the third Wednesday of the month and are 10 AM -11:30 AM (Birth and Baby Needs, 1022 Waterdown Road)
  • Evening Meetings are the first Wednesday of the month and are from 7 PM - 8:30 PM (645 Plains Road East - ROCK Centre)

You are invited to join us for healthy snacks and socializing after the meeting. Feel free to bring a peanut-free healthy snack to share if you are able. Free to attend, no advance notice required. Please do not hesitate to email or call with any questions you might have regarding breastfeeding, monthly meeting information or general breastfeeding questions or concerns.

All LLLC meetings information: You are always welcome to attend LLLC meetings before and after you have welcomed your baby. Bring your breastfeeding/chestfeeding questions and concerns, talk about your joys and challenges or come and just listen. Babies and young children are always welcome, and some Groups include father/partners and support persons in some or all of their meetings. 

All La Leche League Canada Leaders are volunteers. They are experienced breastfeeding/chestfeeding parents who have been accredited to provide up-to-date breastfeeding/chestfeeding information, encouragement and support.
