This is a welcoming, inclusive group. Pregnant people, parents, partners, support people, and all ages of children are welcome. There is no cost to attend, but you may consider a donation to www.lllc.ca if you are able to help LLLC support other nursing parents across Canada. Arriving on time or late is always ok.
All meetings have at least one internationally accredited La Leche League Leader in attendance to lead discussion and share accurate nursing facts and solutions. Nursing questions people come with are addressed in a supportive atmosphere. Both the joys and struggles of parenting are real and welcome at this meeting. La Leche League meetings give you a chance to come together with other parents who are going through or have gone through similar issues. Come with your questions. If you have no questions right now, please come to offer support and suggestions to other parents. Or, just come to enjoy the community

In person Meetings: (due to Covid-19 restrictions in person meetings have been suspended)
You are always welcome to attend LLLC meetings before and after you have welcomed your baby. Bring your breastfeeding/chestfeeding questions and concerns, talk about your joys and challenges or come and just listen. Babies and young children are always welcome, and some Groups include father/partners and support persons in some or all of their meetings.
All La Leche League Canada Leaders are volunteers. They are experienced breastfeeding/chestfeeding parents who have been accredited to provide up-to-date breastfeeding/chestfeeding information, encouragement and support.
For More Information: Contact a local La Leche League Leader in the Find a Group/Leader section.
If you have received help from La Leche League, we would appreciate your support in the form of a donation so we can continue to help others breastfeed. Thank you!
