Another chance this month to talk about the mothering journey and breastfeeding on the 28th in Summerland! Come join us for mother-to-mother support and information - and also breakfast! JULY SERIES MEETING TUESDAY, JULY 18, IN PENTICTON, 10 am to noon. The Concorde building Activity Room, 3235 Skaha Lake Rd, Penticton (Yes, it is an Assisted Living Residence! **See more info below.)

The Art of Breastfeeding and Avoiding Challenges - so how do you Tai Chi your way out of this one?!

Our beginning discussion topic will focus on breastfeeding related challenges, past, present and future. Then we will go on to whatever else you want to talk about - for sure we will learn some new things from each other along the way. Sometimes it is nice to just listen to what others are saying too. It's all good. Just being in the room guarantees you will pick up more than any other way of connecting. And your baby will too!

A series meeting is jam packed with breastfeeding information and shared ideas, with lots of room for questions. One person said it this way: "I like LLL meetings because they are warm and welcoming. It is easy to relax, share experiences and learn new things. Plus I get to meet up with some great people that are fun to hang out with.” Come join us and connect with others who are interested in breastfeeding and parenting, just like you.

LLLC gatherings are open to breastfeeding parents from all backgrounds, family structures, gender, and sexualorientations. Babies and parenting partners are always welcome.

Sandra Yates, LLLC Accredited Leader: 250-494-1894 sandrayates@telus.net Please call, email or PM me if you need more information about the meeting or if you have any questions about breastfeeding. I will be happy to talk with you.
