Next Class: Virtual zoom prenatal breastfeeding class! Two week course; each week builds on the previous lesson. February 16 and 23 at LUNCHTIME (12-1pm)! Email with any questions. Register: annexdufferingrove@gmail.com. Based on last month's success, we are trying a lunchtime course (12-1pm) again this month. Please send an email if this works for you, or if you would prefer evening (5-6pm) classes  

Approximately every other month, we will be offering our prenatal breastfeeding classes. Please email annexdufferingrove@gmail.com for more info and to register. Classes are free of charge, and partners/support persons are welcome.  The classes build on knowledge from the previous week and will cover, among many other topics,:

-The process of Lactation and the Initiation of Breastfeeding -Latch and Position -Hands on skills -Maintenance of Breastfeeding and the Questions of Sleep -Troubleshooting: sore nipples, engorgement, plugged ducts

In-Person Meetings: (due to Covid-19 restrictions) in-person meetings have been suspended.

All LLLC meetings information: You are always welcome to attend LLLC meetings before and after you have welcomed your baby. Bring your breastfeeding/chestfeeding questions and concerns, talk about your joys and challenges or come and just listen. Babies and young children are always welcome, and some Groups include father/partners and support persons in some or all of their meetings. 

All La Leche League Canada Leaders are volunteers. They are experienced breastfeeding/chestfeeding parents who have been accredited to provide up-to-date breastfeeding/chestfeeding information, encouragement and support.
