Services disponible en français grace à la Ligue La Leche

We thank the AMA Centre for translation into Arabic as needed..

We know babies don't run by the clock. Join our meetings in person or online at the time that works for you and your little one(s), and leave when you need to.

For information and support between meetings, feel free to contact us using the contact information above.

All services are free of charge.

For additional breastfeeding information in Arabic, please visit: La Leche League International's Arabic language web-pages.

If you are considering joining us in person, please read and respect our:

In-person Gathering Information

While the COVID-19 lockdowns and mask mandates appear to be behind us, any interaction with the general public continues to pose an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19. LLLC cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed at an LLLC meeting. If you do not feel comfortable attending in-person, please join us online.

To respect the privacy of all people in attendance, we will not ask about vaccination status at any point in our meeting. Similarly, we ask that you respect the privacy of our Leaders in this regard.

Newborns and toddlers are among the many people at our meetings who belong to vulnerable populations. Therefore, we draw your attention to these Public Health Measures

Many people require regular snacks. Parents may provide food and drinks for their children. Please ensure that food is not shared with other children without the permission of their parent(s). While this may be difficult, your efforts will be appreciated.

Some Groups may choose to provide food, if this is permitted by the facility hosting the meeting.

If you are not able to meet these requirements, please join the online LLLC meeting(s) that best fits your schedule, or use the “Ask a Leader” function on ourwebsite.

Masks are not required by our hosts, the AMA Centre, which provides us with a very large, modern and well-ventilated meeting space.

Healthcare professionals and students wanting to attend will need to reach out to the Leader of the Group in advance. Registration will need to be completed prior to attending.
Virtual Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes: Available at no cost to pregnant individuals and their partner/support person.

LLLC Virtual Meetings Calendar: Looking for support, visit the calendar for more information.

LLLC meetings information: Some Groups are hosting in-person gatherings, others are hosting virtual meetings or a combination of both. Please check with your local Group for more details.
