Welcome to the La Leche League Quebec group!

Becoming a parent is a transformational experience. Feeling heard, supported and loved during this vulnerable time of life is essential! Breastfeeding can have many highs and lows- being able to talk about your unique experience in a safe space can be reassuring and healing.

You and your family are welcome to join us every third Friday of the month (starting June, 2022). Siblings and partners are more than welcome.

We are a group of families who are interested in breastfeeding, currently breastfeeding, or have breastfed. Our safe space is available for sharing, questions, and concerns. 

Meetings are not the only way to feel supported- contact the Gatineau group through e-mail, virtual one-on-one meetings, or via phone. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and thoughts.

Virtual Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes: Available at no cost to pregnant individuals and their partner/support person.
