The LGUF (Leader and Group/Update Form) has changed. Since our website is now tied directly into the National database, you can make some updates yourself online. This form is to open/close a Group or change the Group name.
1. Contact Info
Update your Email, Name and Address in the Leader login section -> select Edit. Any updates you make will be automatically reflected in the live online Leader directory.
2. Group Changes
For Group changes such as creating a new Group, closing a Group, changing a Group name, or merging/splitting Groups please fill out the Leader and Group Update Form (LGUF) below.

3. Retirement
We hope you'll be with us for quite some time, but should the time come to retire, please follow the steps and complete the process here.
4. Leave of Absence
To request a 6-month leave of absence, please contact your Area Coordinator of Leaders.
