We thank the AMA Centre for allowing us to meet at 10 am in the Children's Room on the 3rd floor at 1216 Hunt Club Rd.
Questions on subjects other than the published topic are welcome. We know babies don't run by the clock; join us at the time that works for you and your little one(s), and leave when you need to.
To join us in person, follow the paved footpath (to the left of the driveway and parking lot), and follow the outdoor signs to the basement building entrance (lower level, north wall), and the indoor signs to the 3rd floor Children's Room.
To join us online, please write to Ottawa.South@LLLC.ca.
For information and support between meetings, use the contact information above.Â
All services are free of charge.

If your family has any symptoms of illness, LLLC requests that you don't attend our in-person meetings but search for virtual help instead, in keeping with LLLC policy as noted below:
Any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at an LLLC meeting. LLLC is committed to following local and provincial (or territorial) guidelines for gatherings. We ask that anyone who does not feel comfortable with the safety guidelines stated by the local and provincial governments and in the LLLC policies that apply to in-person gatherings please refrain from attending an in-person meeting and instead access one of our many virtual options.
