Classes are free of charge, and partners/support persons are welcome. New parents and babies are welcome, but the class is focused on prenatal prep and the early days and weeks. The classes will cover, among many other topics,:
-The process of Lactation and the Initiation of Breastfeeding
-Latch and Position
-Hands on skills
-Maintenance of Breastfeeding and the Questions of Sleep
-Troubleshooting: sore nipples, engorgement, plugged ducts
